A:  Absolutely!  Its a serious disorder.  As noted on WebMD, it is caused by being trapped in a studio for long periods of time playing the same songs over and over and over again until "perfection" is obtained.  It can drive the most hardy musicians insane.  Its symptoms are listed as: chronic fatigue, red eyes, a longing for real people/audiences, slight dementia, and a desire for "another" take.
